Pop Borman bought a Thomas flyer touring car, they cut off the rear seats and put on a truck body, that was a big improvement from the horse and wagon carting, they had a small house in the rear where Frank Deitrich and the men that drove the produce wagon stayed, when I went out to see Ann, at times I would meet John Dackerman or Pete Lyman we would go over to the little house and sent one of the men for a pail of beer to Gunterburg’s saloon it was on Merrick Road and Terrace Place this was quite a walk, the beer would be flat when they got back, we would spent some time here and the girls didn’t like this to much, they also had a large family, there was Frank, John, Ann, Barb, Chriss, Lil, Andrew, Mary, Bill, Marge, Pete, Kate, Al and Art.
